Cookie notice
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't follow you to other websites. The few cookies we use are needed for something you asked for, like staying signed in.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. Browser storage works in a similar way. Both let a site remember something between visits.
What we store
| Name | Where | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
tenant_token | Business dashboard | Keeps you signed in | 7 days |
accountant_session | Accountant portal | Keeps your accountant signed in | 30 days |
accountant_lang | Accountant portal | Remembers the portal's language | 1 year |
oauth_state | Connecting an account, such as Google | Protects the connection step against forgery | 15 minutes |
crew01.language | Business dashboard (browser storage) | Remembers your language | Until you clear it |
crew01.site | This website (browser storage) | Remembers that you closed the cookie message or paused animations | Until you clear it |
Payments
When you pay in the dashboard, the checkout is run by Paddle, our payment provider. Paddle may set its own cookies for payment and fraud prevention, under Paddle's own policy.
Other services this website loads
Fonts come from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to it to download them, which shares your IP address with Google; it sets no cookies through our pages. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may count page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Why we don't ask for consent
Everything above is strictly necessary for something you chose to do, so it does not need your consent. If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask first, and saying no will be as easy as saying yes.
How to control them
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you won't be able to stay signed in to the dashboard.
