Accessibility statement
Last updated: 29 September 2026
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to learn about Crew01 and contact us. This statement covers the crew01.org website, in every language, including this page.
The standard we follow
We aim for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on them. The website partly meets this level. The gaps we know about are listed below.
What we have done
- Every link, button and question can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- A "Skip to main content" link is the first thing on every page.
- You can zoom the page to 200% and beyond without losing content.
- Moving content, like the chat demo and the changing headline, can be paused with one button, and starts paused if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Every page declares its language, and the Hebrew and Arabic pages read right to left.
- Images have text alternatives, and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
- Headings follow a logical order, and questions and answers use standard expandable elements.
- Text and background colours were chosen for readable contrast.
What is not fully accessible yet
- The chat demo is an animation. New messages in it are not announced to screen readers; each scenario is also described in text beside the phone.
- The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are available in English only.
- The business dashboard, the booking pages and the accountant portal are separate applications and are not covered by this statement.
- Conversations with a business's AI employee take place inside WhatsApp, whose accessibility features are provided by Meta.
