Questions restaurant owners ask
Can guests search my menu on WhatsApp?
Yes. Guests ask for a dish, a category or an allergen, and get the matching items from the menu you entered.
Does it list allergens?
It shows the allergens you entered for each dish. It never guesses an allergen, so a dish with none entered shows none.
Does it take table reservations?
It records a table request with the guest's name, number of guests, date and time, and tells you. You confirm it. Crew01 does not hold a table plan or check which tables are free.
How do my staff get their shifts?
The Shift Manager sends each person their shifts on WhatsApp from your business number. Staff do not install anything.
What if someone cannot work a shift?
They message the number. Crew01 asks who can take the shift, and tells you if nobody can.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
Yes. Crew01 connects to the WhatsApp Business number you already use, and the app stays on your phone.
