• Third-Party Integrations: When you connect your social media accounts (like TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram), we collect access tokens required to perform actions on your behalf (e.g., publishing posts). We do not store your passwords for these third-party platforms. Any data retrieved from TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram is used solely to provide the agreed-upon services, is retained only as long as necessary, and is never sold or shared with external third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

• To facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To manage user accounts and provide the AI employee services (e.g. answering WhatsApp messages, booking appointments).
• To publish content on your behalf on integrated social platforms (such as TikTok).
• To send administrative information to you.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies (CPRA & GDPR Compliance)

In compliance with the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we believe in full transparency regarding our use of cookies.

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: We use essential, secure, HTTP-only cookies solely for the purpose of authentication and session management. These cookies allow you to log in to our dashboard and stay logged in. Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the core functionality of our service, they do not require prior user consent under CPRA or GDPR.
• Non-Essential Cookies: We currently do not use non-essential cookies (such as tracking, marketing, or third-party analytics cookies) on our dashboard. If we implement non-essential cookies in the future, we will deploy a cookie consent banner to request your explicit permission before any such cookies are set.

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data, including any data obtained via third-party integrations (such as Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok), please contact us at the email address provided below. We will process your complete data deletion request within 30 days.

Revoking Access: You can disconnect your Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok accounts directly from your Crew01 dashboard at any time. Doing so immediately revokes our access to your social media accounts and permanently deletes the stored OAuth access tokens from our servers.
